MY STORY
After more than 10 years in project coordination and operations management, I saw how often great ideas were slowed down by missing details, unclear communication, or plans that never fully took shape. Deadlines slipped. Teams felt scattered. Projects stalled, not because of a lack of effort, but because there wasn’t a clear framework in place.

With over a decade of experience managing projects, people, and operations, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to keep work flowing smoothly. My background spans project coordination, administrative management, and client relations. Blending technical organization with people-focused communication.
I’ve led and supported projects across residential, commercial, and community settings, overseeing everything from estimating and scheduling to financial reporting and contractor communication. Alongside my professional experience, I serve as Recording Secretary on a local executive board, where attention to detail and clear documentation are key to successful collaboration.
This diverse foundation gives Framework a practical edge; a balance of structure, systems thinking, and real-world experience that ensures every project is managed with confidence and clarity.
